我国民营企业的发展具有明显的机会导向的特征。在这种模式下，极少数民营企业抓住市场机会得以发展壮大，而多数企业却走向衰败。民营企业要理性规划企业发展方向，善于把握市场环境的变化，合理配置企业资源，正确处理市场机会与企业核心竞争力的关系，从而求得企业的长盛不衰。

아국민영기업적발전구유명현적궤회도향적특정。재저충모식하，겁소수민영기업조주시장궤회득이발전장대，이다수기업각주향쇠패。민영기업요이성규화기업발전방향，선우파악시장배경적변화，합리배치기업자원，정학처리시장궤회여기업핵심경쟁력적관계，종이구득기업적장성불쇠。
The development of the Chinese private enterprise obviously has the opportunity oriented character. In this mode, a few enterprises seize the market opportunities to expand themselves; meanwhile much more enterprises are to decline. The private enterprises must plan its development direction, be good at seizing the change of market environment, dispose resources reasonably, and deal with the relationship between market opportunities and the core competitiveness of the enterprise, so as to obtain the long-standing prosperity.
