地方民族师范院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,这些院校与发达地区或者重点院校相比在生源质量、师资力量、办学条件上都存在较大差距,力量较薄弱。师范院校的责任是为我国教育事业培养合格师资,可谓重任在肩。通过分析地方民族师范院校教师队伍建设的现状,旨在探讨教师队伍建设的对策,以期提高＂思政课＂教学水平,完成培养、教育合格师范生的目标。

The local teachers＇ colleges and universities for nationalities are the important component of higher education in China and compared with those in the developed area or the key universities in students＇ quality,compared with teachers,school running conditions on the gap,the power of the weak.Of the colleges of education in our country duty is to foster qualified teachers career;it is the share of strife.Through the analysis and the place national normal colleges and the present situation of the construction of teachers＇ team,is to explore the construction of teachers＇ team countermeasures to improve the ＂political education courses＂ teaching level,complete the training,education qualified students＇ goal.
