The paper focuses on importance of K-means clustering algorithm among clustering analyses in the analysis of customer value and provides customer segmentation through analysis of the customer＇s current and potential values.On this basis,enterprises may identify characteristics of various types of customers in conjunction with industrial features and implement differentiated service strategies and offer better resources and services to the most valuable customers,so as to achieve the goal of profitability as well as customer satisfaction.
