盗窃罪属于常见高发性犯罪,随着社会的发展和犯罪形态的变化,在司法认定和处理中出现了许多新的问题。盗窃罪所涉及的对象,尤其是与盗窃对象相关的数额问题一直是困扰司法实践的难点;对于＂多次盗窃＂应以盗窃财物数额之和达到＂数额较大＂为构成犯罪必要。盗窃转化犯中的疑难问题、单位盗窃等问题也有必要从新的视角进行探讨。
盜竊罪屬于常見高髮性犯罪,隨著社會的髮展和犯罪形態的變化,在司法認定和處理中齣現瞭許多新的問題。盜竊罪所涉及的對象,尤其是與盜竊對象相關的數額問題一直是睏擾司法實踐的難點;對于＂多次盜竊＂應以盜竊財物數額之和達到＂數額較大＂為構成犯罪必要。盜竊轉化犯中的疑難問題、單位盜竊等問題也有必要從新的視角進行探討。

The banditry is the highly frequent crime,with the change of society development and the criminal pattern;there are many new problems in the judicial cognizance and dealing.The related people of the banditry,especially the amount of the property remain the difficulties of the judicial practice;the repeated thefts should take the max amount of the ＂Large Amount＂ as the necessity of the crime composition.The problem of the transformed theft and the unit stealing should be deplored from the new point of view.
