本文选取WC10Co4Cr喷涂材料,采用HVOF方法工艺在基材45#钢上制备涂层,与基材在自制圆盘式磨蚀试验台上进行磨蚀破坏试验,并将基材与涂层材料的抗磨蚀性能进行比较分析,最终将金属涂层应用于核电海水循环泵的叶轮抗磨蚀改造中,取得良好效果。
本文選取WC10Co4Cr噴塗材料,採用HVOF方法工藝在基材45#鋼上製備塗層,與基材在自製圓盤式磨蝕試驗檯上進行磨蝕破壞試驗,併將基材與塗層材料的抗磨蝕性能進行比較分析,最終將金屬塗層應用于覈電海水循環泵的葉輪抗磨蝕改造中,取得良好效果。

In this study, WC10Co4Cr coatings on the No.45 steel substrate surface have been formed by High Velocity Oxy Fuel (HVOF) spraying. The cavitation and abrasion behavior of coatings and the substrate has been investigated using a self-manufactured rotating disk system. Anti-cavitation and abrasion resistance properties have been illustrated and analyzed with the substrate by the cumulative mass loss curves. WC 10Co4Cr coatings have been used to build up the anti-cavitation and abrasion resistance properties of the main circulating water pump impeller in the nuclear power, and gets good effect.
