选用双马来酰亚胺(BMI)对环氧树脂进行改性,制得一种高强度环氧-酰亚胺体系的ET粘合剂,并对ET粘合剂进行了一系列性能研究。结果表明:ET粘合剂的拉伸剪切强度最高达28.4 MPa,吸水率小于1%,并具有良好的电学性能和工艺性能。
選用雙馬來酰亞胺(BMI)對環氧樹脂進行改性,製得一種高彊度環氧-酰亞胺體繫的ET粘閤劑,併對ET粘閤劑進行瞭一繫列性能研究。結果錶明:ET粘閤劑的拉伸剪切彊度最高達28.4 MPa,吸水率小于1%,併具有良好的電學性能和工藝性能。

An epoxy resin was modified by bismaleimide resin, and an ET adhesive of epoxy-imide system with high strength was prepared, then its properties were studied. The results show that the ET adhesive has 28.4 MPa of shear strength, below 1% of water absorption and excellent electrical properties and process performance.
