采用环氧树脂E-20对有机硅中间体进行改性得到环氧改性硅树脂,并对其进行红外表征和性能研究。结果表明:该环氧改性硅树脂的附着力有所提高,固化温度降低,具有良好的耐热性和绝缘性能,适合应用于H级电机电器绝缘。

An epoxy-modified silicone resin was obtained by using epoxy resin E-20 modify silicone inter-mediate, and its infrared spectrum and properties were studied. The results show that the adhesion of the epoxy-modified silicone resin is improved, and the curing temperature decreases. Meanwhile the epoxy-modified silicone resin has good heat-resistance and insulating properties, which is suitable for H class motor and electrical apparatus.
