党校图书馆作为党校干部培训体系的有机组成部分,一度对党校的干部教育建设及其中心任务的完成发挥着重要作用。但是现代网络的普遍性和网上信息的即时性特点与党校图书馆管理封闭化、服务被动化和多数藏书陈旧化相叠加,严重制约着党校图书馆服务功能的发挥。依托图书寄存服务拓展干部自学,对党校图书馆建设、学习型政府建设和完善干部知识体系将产生重要推进作用。
黨校圖書館作為黨校榦部培訓體繫的有機組成部分,一度對黨校的榦部教育建設及其中心任務的完成髮揮著重要作用。但是現代網絡的普遍性和網上信息的即時性特點與黨校圖書館管理封閉化、服務被動化和多數藏書陳舊化相疊加,嚴重製約著黨校圖書館服務功能的髮揮。依託圖書寄存服務拓展榦部自學,對黨校圖書館建設、學習型政府建設和完善榦部知識體繫將產生重要推進作用。
당교도서관작위당교간부배훈체계적유궤조성부분,일도대당교적간부교육건설급기중심임무적완성발휘착중요작용。단시현대망락적보편성화망상신식적즉시성특점여당교도서관관리봉폐화、복무피동화화다수장서진구화상첩가,엄중제약착당교도서관복무공능적발휘。의탁도서기존복무탁전간부자학,대당교도서관건설、학습형정부건설화완선간부지식체계장산생중요추진작용。
Party school library as an organic part of the party cadres training system,played an important role in the realization of party cadre construction and its central task complement for a time.However,the features of the universality of modern network and instantaneity of online information and closure of the party school library management and passive service and overlay of old books,seriously restrict the school library service to fulfill its functions.The research of cadre autonomic learning is expanded with the help of the deposit service of party school books.This is important in the library construction of party school,the construction of learning government and improvement of cadre＇s knowledge.
