反应精馏集成过程在提高反应选择性和转化率、降低建设成本和生产能耗等方面具有显著的优越性,促进了反应精馏相关理论的发展和工程应用。综述了在传统反应精馏过程稳态和动态模拟相关研究成果基础上,给出了7种常用的多回路控制结构,分析其优缺点;介绍了带侧反应器的反应与精馏集成技术的国内外研究相关情况;给出了今后反应精馏应用研究中还需要解决的一些问题和相关研究内容。
反應精餾集成過程在提高反應選擇性和轉化率、降低建設成本和生產能耗等方麵具有顯著的優越性,促進瞭反應精餾相關理論的髮展和工程應用。綜述瞭在傳統反應精餾過程穩態和動態模擬相關研究成果基礎上,給齣瞭7種常用的多迴路控製結構,分析其優缺點;介紹瞭帶側反應器的反應與精餾集成技術的國內外研究相關情況;給齣瞭今後反應精餾應用研究中還需要解決的一些問題和相關研究內容。

Integration process of reactive distillation technologies have notable advantages on increasing reaction selectivity and conversion, reducing construction cost and energy consumption production, etc. , and have promoted the development of theory and engineering application. The research progress of static and dynamic simulation for the traditional reactive distillation process is firstly summarized, seven kinds of common multi-loop control structure are described, and their advantages and disadvantages are evaluated. The latest research situation at domestic and off-shore integrated reactive distillation technologies with side reactor is introduced. Some issues to be solved and related research contents for the application are put forward.
