电液振动台在应用中瞬时流量容易发生变化并对振动频率产生影响。蓄能器能瞬时供给大流量。构造用蓄能器为辅助能源的电液振动台系统,阐述蓄能器对振动台系统的供油过程,分析带有不同蓄能器系统的动态特性,优化蓄能器的瞬时流量供应,确定系统中蓄能器具体参数和个数的方法,提高了电液振动台的振动响应频率。

Instantaneous flow easily change the vibration frequency in electro-hydraulic vibration test applications .The accu-mulator is supplied with a large flow instantaneously .In this paper ,the auxiliary energy accumulator electro-hydraulic shaker system is constructed, the fueling process of shaker to system accumulator is elaborated, the dynamic characteristics with dif-ferent energy storage systems are analyzed ,the accumulator instantaneous flow supply system is optimized to study the method of determining the specific parameters and the number of accumulators , which can improve the vibration response frequency of electro-hydraulic shaker .
