观课活动是促进教师专业发展的有效途径之一。从话语的角度对教师专业发展取向的观课活动展开研究,以费尔克拉夫的多维度话语分析模式为主要理论框架,对语料进行批评性分析,揭示教师专业发展取向的观课活动中教师之间的交流模式及话语风格,提出通过话语的转变来实现教师发展的目的。

Classroom observation is one of the efficient ways to promoting the teachers' professional development.This paper studies the teachers' development-oriented classroom observations from the perspective of discourse,chiefly depends on the theoretical framework of Fairclough's multi-dimensional discourse analysis model.Furthermore,it makes a critical analysis of corpus so as to reveal the communication models and discourse features among teachers in the teachers' development-oriented classroom observations and help teachers to develop by means of the conversion of the discourse.
