以珍贵用材树种闽楠( Phoebe bournei)为研究材料,测定与分析了21个不同种源闽楠叶片光合色素含量和叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明,各种源间光合色素含量差异显著,8号和5号种源叶绿素含量最高,表明具有较好的光能利用能力;5号、8号种源的PSⅡ最大光化学效率( Fv/Fm )、PSⅡ的潜在活性( Fv/Fo )、光化学淬灭系数( Qp)、PSⅡ实际光化学效率( Qy)、PSⅡ电子传递量子产率(ΦPSⅡ)的值都大于其他种源,5号、8号和11号种源的具有较高的非光化学淬灭系数( NPQ)值,说明5号、8号种源具有良好的光合生理功能。

Taking the precious timber tree of Phoebe bournei as experimental materials ,the photosynthetic pigment contents and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in leaves of 21 provenances of Phoebe bournei were measured and analyzed .The results showed that the photosynthetic pigment contents varied significantly among the 21 provenances of Phoebe bournei.The provenances of the number 8 and 5 had higer chlorophyll content , which indicated they had better capability of light energy utilization;the value of PSⅡmaximal photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm),the PSⅡpotential photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fo),the photochemicalquenching coeffi-cient (Qp),the PSⅡactual photochemical efficiency ( Qy),and the PSⅡquantum yield of linear electron (ΦPSⅡ) of the provenances of the number 8 and 5 were higer than those of the other provenances ,and the values of non-photochemical quenching coefficient ( NPQ) of the provenances of number 8,5 and 11 were higer than those of the other provenances ,which showed number 8 and 5 had better photosynthetic physiologi-cal function than the other provenances .
