目的：探讨婴幼儿先心病术后应用卷曲导管(俗称猪尾巴管)行腹膜透析在监护室的护理方法,以达到有效的治疗。方法采用回顾分析法,对7例先心病术后低心排、急性肾损伤的患儿应用卷曲导管导管行腹膜透析的护理方法进行总结分析。结果通过规范化的护理,7例患儿在腹膜透析的过程中均无并发症发生,4例患儿病情平稳转至心外科普通病房继续治疗,其余3例患儿由于继发多脏器功能衰竭严重死亡。结论在应用卷曲导管对先心病术后低心排、急性肾损伤患儿行腹膜透析治疗的过程中对患儿实施有效的护理方法,严密观察病情变化,可以预防并发症的发生,保证腹膜透析的治疗效果。

objective to explore the infants and young children congenital heart disease surgery crimp catheter ( commonly known as the pig tail tube) line of peritoneal dialysis in the nursing methods of care unit, in order to achieve effective treatment. Methods using retrospective analysis, 7 cases of congenital heart dis-ease postoperative low cardiac, children with acute kidney injury application crimp summarize the nursing methods of peritoneal dialysis catheter tube line analysis. Results through standardized nursing, 7 cases in the process of peritoneal dialysis were without complications, 4 cases of children with stable condition to cardiac sur-gery therapy for common ward, rest 3 cases of children with serious death due to secondary multiple organ function failure.
