合成了显色剂5-安替吡啉偶氮水杨基荧光酮(APASF),研究了APASF与钒(V)的显色反应。结果表明,在pH=6.8的乙酸-乙酸铵缓冲介质中,钒(Ⅴ)与该显色剂形成稳定的1∶3酒红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为550 nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为3.08×104 L · mol-1· cm-1。钒(Ⅴ)质量浓度在030μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。
閤成瞭顯色劑5-安替吡啉偶氮水楊基熒光酮(APASF),研究瞭APASF與釩(V)的顯色反應。結果錶明,在pH=6.8的乙痠-乙痠銨緩遲介質中,釩(Ⅴ)與該顯色劑形成穩定的1∶3酒紅色絡閤物,其最大吸收波長為550 nm ,錶觀摩爾吸光繫數為3.08×104 L · mol-1· cm-1。釩(Ⅴ)質量濃度在030μg/25mL範圍內符閤比爾定律。

The 5-antipyriylazosalicylfluoroneand(APASF) was synthesized ,and optimum color reaction conditions of 5-antipyriylazosalicylfluoroneand (APASF ) with vanadium (Ⅴ ) were determined .The results showed that the color reagent reacts with vanadium (Ⅴ) to form a stable claret complex (3∶1) in buffer solution HAc-NH4Ac at pH = 6 .8 .The maxiumum absorption wavelength and apparent molar absorptivity are 550 nm and 3 .08 × 104 L · mol-1 · cm -1 ,respectively .The Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-30 μg/25mL for vanadium (Ⅴ) .
