　　目的观察用输卵管通液配合口服中药调荣汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效。方法将125例输卵管阻塞致不孕的患者随机分成两组，治疗组65例给予输卵管通液配合口服中药调荣汤治疗，对照组60例单纯行输卵管通液，疗程为3个月。结果治疗组55例治愈，治愈率为84.6%；对照组40例治愈，治愈率为66.7%；治疗组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论输卵管通液配合口服中药调荣汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症，行之有效，值得推广。
　　목적관찰용수란관통액배합구복중약조영탕치료수란관조새성불잉증적료효。방법장125례수란관조새치불잉적환자수궤분성량조，치료조65례급여수란관통액배합구복중약조영탕치료，대조조60례단순행수란관통액，료정위3개월。결과치료조55례치유，치유솔위84.6%；대조조40례치유，치유솔위66.7%；치료조명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론수란관통액배합구복중약조영탕치료수란관조새성불잉증，행지유효，치득추엄。
Objective To observe the efficacy of hydrotubation combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine Tiaorong decoction in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility. Methods 125 patients with infertility caused by salpingemphraxis were randomly divided into the two groups.65 cases of the treatment group were treated with hydrotubation combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine Tiaorong decoction, while 60 cases of the control group were only treated with hydrotubation.The period of treatment were 3 months. Results 55 cases in the treatment group cured and the cure rate was 84.6%,while 40 cases in the control group cured and the cure rate was 66.7%.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Hydrotubation combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine Tiaorong decoction in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility has significant efficacy and it is worthy of promotion.
