　　目的探讨胸腔镜辅助下Nuss矫治术治疗漏斗胸的临床研究，对其疗效进行观察与分析。方法回顾性分析2007年2月~2011年9月在我院进行胸腔镜辅助下Nuss矫治术治疗漏斗胸的16例患者，其中男9例，女7例。对其临床资料进行分析总结，对所有患者疗效进行判定。结果16例患者均顺利完成Nuss矫治术，手术时间为45～80 min，平均（54±6）min，术中出血量为12～25 mL，平均（14±5）mL。术后皮下气肿共3例，未做特殊处理，自行恢复，术后气胸共2例，通过穿刺抽气对症处理后消失。16例患者中10例为优，4例为良，优良率为87.5％（14/50）。结论应用胸腔镜辅助下Nuss矫治术治疗漏斗胸是一种安全有效的方法，值得进一步研究与临床推广。
　　목적탐토흉강경보조하Nuss교치술치료루두흉적림상연구，대기료효진행관찰여분석。방법회고성분석2007년2월~2011년9월재아원진행흉강경보조하Nuss교치술치료루두흉적16례환자，기중남9례，녀7례。대기림상자료진행분석총결，대소유환자료효진행판정。결과16례환자균순리완성Nuss교치술，수술시간위45～80 min，평균（54±6）min，술중출혈량위12～25 mL，평균（14±5）mL。술후피하기종공3례，미주특수처리，자행회복，술후기흉공2례，통과천자추기대증처리후소실。16례환자중10례위우，4례위량，우량솔위87.5％（14/50）。결론응용흉강경보조하Nuss교치술치료루두흉시일충안전유효적방법，치득진일보연구여림상추엄。
Objective To study clinical observation of assisted thoracoscopic Nuss correction surgery in the treatment of pectus excavatum. Methods Retrospective analysis from February 2007 to September 2011 in our hospital during the treatment of pectus excavatum assisted thoracoscopic Nuss correction surgery in 16 patients,clinical data were analyzed retrospectively for all patients efficacy were assessed. Results All 16 patients were successfully completed Nuss correction surgery. Including 36 males and 14 females.The operation time was 45~80 min,mean time was(54±6) min,blood loss of 12 to 25 mL,the average amount of bleeding(14±5)mL.Postoperative subcutaneous emphysema total of 3 cases,gave no special treatment,recover on its own,a total of five cases of postoperative pneumothorax,disappear after the through the puncture exhaust symptomatic treatment. 16 patients,10 patients were excellent,and 4 cases were good,excellent and good rate was 87.5%(14/50). Conclusion Application assisted thoracoscopic Nuss correction surgery in the treatment of pectus excavatum is a safe and effective method,it is worth further research and promotion.
