目的观察磁振热联合运动疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)的疗效。方法56例膝关节OA患者随机分为对照组26例与治疗组30例,均给予磁振热治疗,治疗组再增加运动疗法。治疗前、后采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)和美国特殊外科医院(HSS)膝关节功能评分评定膝关节疼痛程度及功能。结果治疗30 d后,两组的VAS评分较治疗前明显减低(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组的HSS评分较治疗前明显提高,且治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论磁振热联合运动疗法能明显改善膝关节OA患者的症状,值得临床推广。

목적관찰자진열연합운동요법치료슬관절골성관절염(OA)적료효。방법56례슬관절OA환자수궤분위대조조26례여치료조30례,균급여자진열치료,치료조재증가운동요법。치료전、후채용시각모의평분법(VAS)화미국특수외과의원(HSS)슬관절공능평분평정슬관절동통정도급공능。결과치료30 d후,량조적VAS평분교치료전명현감저(P<0.05),차치료조명현저우대조조(P<0.05),량조적HSS평분교치료전명현제고,차치료조명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론자진열연합운동요법능명현개선슬관절OA환자적증상,치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of magnetic resonance thermal combine with movement therapy on knee osteoarthritis. Methods 56 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divide into 30 cases in treatment group and 26 cases in control group. The treatment group received Magnetic resonance thermal and movement therapy,while the control group received Magnetic resonance thermal. Before and after the treatment,the visual analogue scale (VAS) and the Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS) knee joint function score were used to evaluate the pain and function of the knee joint. Results After the treatment of 30 days,the VAS was significantly decreased in both groups and there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Meanwhile,the HSS of treatment group was improved more significantly than in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Magnetic resonance thermal combine with movement therapy can obviously improve the symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritis,it is worth clinical application.
