　　目的探讨药剂师在临床合理用药中的作用。方法对临床工作中不合理用药情况进行回顾性分析，结合临床实践及开展药学服务的具体内容，分析药剂师在临床合理用药中的作用。结果药剂师在临床合理用药中具有不可替代的作用，可提高合理用药的安全性、合理性及有效性。结论药剂师通过临床药学工作，可促进临床合理使用药物，纠正和监测临床不合理用药，对安全、有效、合理应用药物起到了有益的推进作用。
　　목적탐토약제사재림상합리용약중적작용。방법대림상공작중불합리용약정황진행회고성분석，결합림상실천급개전약학복무적구체내용，분석약제사재림상합리용약중적작용。결과약제사재림상합리용약중구유불가체대적작용，가제고합리용약적안전성、합이성급유효성。결론약제사통과림상약학공작，가촉진림상합리사용약물，규정화감측림상불합리용약，대안전、유효、합리응용약물기도료유익적추진작용。
Objective To investigate the role of pharmacists in clinical rational drug use. Methods Irrational drug use in clinical work were retrospectively analyzed,combined with clinical practice and carried out the specific content of pharmaceutical care, analyzed the role of pharmacists in clinical rational drug use. Results Pharmacists in clinical rational drug use has irreplaceable function,could improve the safety, rationality and effectiveness of rational drug use. Conclusion Pharmacists through clinical pharmacy can promote the clinical rational use of drugs,correcting and monitoring of clinical rational drug use, for safe, effective and reasonable application of drugs played useful role in promoting.
