目的探讨支原体肺炎合并心肌损害患儿的临床观察及护理方法,提高临床护理水平。方法选取我院自2010年5月~2012年3月收治的65例支原体肺炎合并心肌损害住院患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结对患儿住院期间病情观察及相关护理方法,观察护理前后的肺功能状态。结果本组65例患儿治疗护理前后的肺功能状态变化比较后发现,治疗护理后患儿用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及呼气高峰流量(PEFR)水平均较治疗护理前有显著改善(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论支原体肺炎合并心肌损害患儿给予相应护理及治疗可以有效改善肺功能状态。

Objective To investigate the clinical observation and nursing methods of children with mycoplasam pneumonia combined with myocardial damage in order to improve the clinical nursing level. Methods The clinical data of 65 children with mycoplasam pneumonia combined with myocardial damage hospitalized in our hospital from May 2010 to March 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.The disease observation and relevant nursing methods of the children during hospitalization were summarized and the pulmonary function before and after the nursing were observed. Results Comparison of the 65 children's pulmonary function before and after the treatment and nursing showed that the forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) and peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR) levels after the treatment and nursing all significantly improved compared to those before(P<0.01),with statistical significance. Conclusion The application of relevant nursing and treatment among children with mycoplasam pneumonia combined with myocardial damage can effectively improve the lung function.
