目的:探讨针对耐多药结核病患者(MDR-TB)进行床边隔离护理健康教育对治疗效果的影响,为临床MDR-TB的治疗提供参考。方法选取我院2012年11月至2013年7月收治的MDR-TB患者84例,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别施与常规健康教育与床边隔离护理健康教育,比较两组患者对隔离知识掌握情况及康复情况。结果观察组在隔离知识掌握及疾病康复与巩固情况等方面明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MDR-TB患者床边隔离护理健康教育可增加其对隔离知识的掌握,利于患者康复。

목적:탐토침대내다약결핵병환자(MDR-TB)진행상변격리호리건강교육대치료효과적영향,위림상MDR-TB적치료제공삼고。방법선취아원2012년11월지2013년7월수치적MDR-TB환자84례,수궤분위대조조화관찰조,분별시여상규건강교육여상변격리호리건강교육,비교량조환자대격리지식장악정황급강복정황。결과관찰조재격리지식장악급질병강복여공고정황등방면명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 MDR-TB환자상변격리호리건강교육가증가기대격리지식적장악,리우환자강복。
Objective To provide reasonable evidences for the clinical treatment of the patients with multidrug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB)by examining the effects of bed isolation nursing and health education intervention on clinical results.Methods Totally 84 MDR-TB patients accepted and treated in Anhui Chest Hospital from November 2012 to June 2013 were chosen and randomly divided into control group and study group.Special education intervention was imposed on the patients and nurses in the study group,and careful compari-son of rehabilitation status,mental performance and nosocomial infection between the two groups was conducted.Results The study group were significantly higher than the control group in mastery of the knowledge in isolation and disease rehabilitation and consolidation,and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance.Conclusion Education intervention of the bed isolation nursing is beneficial to the MDR-TB patients'psychological rehabilitation and behavior improvement,and can enhance MDR-TB patients'compliance,curative effect and control the nosocomial infection.Accordingly,it can be concluded that education intervention of the bed isolation nursing plays an impor-tant role in the therapy of MDR-TB patients.
