唐山国丰钢铁有限公司1450热连轧2^#生产线主传动均采用交交变频控制方式,其主传动电动机均为大功率凸极交流同步电动机,采用全数字交交变频矢量控制的交流调速装置。每套交交变频装置由3台电网自然换流无环流可逆变流器、整流变压器、励磁主回路及矢量控制调速系统组成;控制回路采用Siemens的TDC和Simadyn D相结合的控制模式,既保证了控制系统的可靠性和快速性,同时也极大提高了系统扩展性,方便了与其他生产设备的连接。此外多个TDC组成的GDM网络也为全线重要控制系统软硬件的整合和统一管理提供了平台。系统投入使用以来,主传动控制系统故障率低、维护量小、运行平稳可靠,各项传动系统性能指标均达到设计目标,对同类配置主传动解决方案具有一定的指导借鉴意义。

In the project of Guofeng Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. 1 450 mm hot strip mill, a new cycloconverter system based on vector control is applied to the main drive controlling for each synchronous motor. Cycloconverter system consists of power units and control unit. The power units are composed of 3 thyristor converters for the 3 phases of the motor stator, transformer, the excitation circuit, and some other auxiliary devices. The control unit is constituted with Simadyn D (SD) and TDC digital controller. The integration of the TDC and SD improves the reliability, running speed and expansibility of the control system. In addition, the GDM bus supplied by TDC controllers for different functions, provides a unified software and hardware platform for different solutions and managements in the project. Since applied with this new integration as the control unit, the main drive systems have achieved all the designing goals and performed quite steady and reliable. Besides, the system' s trouble shooting time has greatly decreased. Due to the advantages of this new cycloconverter, the designs of Guofeng project provide a guiding example and standard for other similar oroiects.
