目的比较糖尿病患者与健康体检者血脂及血尿酸水平的差异.方法选取我院收治的300例糖尿病患者作为观察组,同期300例健康体检者作为对照组,均使用日立7600全自动生化分析仪检测血脂及血尿酸各指标,比较两组血清尿酸、总胆固醇和三酰甘油水平的差异.结果观察组血清尿酸水平高于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；观察组高胆固醇和高三酰甘油发生率均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论糖尿病患者多合并脂质代谢异常,高胆固醇和高三酰甘油血症发生率均高于健康人群,控制血糖的同时控制好血脂具有重要的临床意义.
목적 비교당뇨병환자여건강체검자혈지급혈뇨산수평적차이.방법 선취아원수치적300례당뇨병환자작위관찰조,동기300례건강체검자작위대조조,균사용일립7600전자동생화분석의검측혈지급혈뇨산각지표,비교량조혈청뇨산、총담고순화삼선감유수평적차이.결과 관찰조혈청뇨산수평고우대조조,단량조비교차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)；관찰조고담고순화고삼선감유발생솔균현저고우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 당뇨병환자다합병지질대사이상,고담고순화고삼선감유혈증발생솔균고우건강인군,공제혈당적동시공제호혈지구유중요적림상의의.
Objective To compare the levels of lipids and uric acid in diabetic and healthy subjects.Methods 300 cases of diabetes in our hospital were selected as observation group,and 300 cases of healthy subjects in the same period were selected as control group.Serum lipids and uric acid indexes of two groups were analyzed by Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer.The levels of serum uric acid,total cholesterol and triglyceride of two groups were compared.Results The serum uric acid level of observation group was higher than that of control group,without statistically significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).The incidences of high cholesterol and high triglyceride in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Diabetic patients often accompanies with abnormal lipids metabolism,whose incidences of high cholesterol and high triglyceride are significantly higher than those of healthy people.Good control of both blood glucose and lipids has important clinical significance.
