为测试两个环形导轨之间的平行度误差,介绍了用水平仪测试单个环形导轨的水平度,平面度的测试方法,推导了水平仪的读数与水平度,平面度,水平仪零位误差之间的关系。然后采用最小二乘法辨识出水平度误差,由残余误差得出了平面度误差,实现了误差分离,由测试的两导轨的水平度误差计算出了两环形导轨的平行度。最后对测试结果进行了误差分析,表明该方法能够达到测试精度的要求。
為測試兩箇環形導軌之間的平行度誤差,介紹瞭用水平儀測試單箇環形導軌的水平度,平麵度的測試方法,推導瞭水平儀的讀數與水平度,平麵度,水平儀零位誤差之間的關繫。然後採用最小二乘法辨識齣水平度誤差,由殘餘誤差得齣瞭平麵度誤差,實現瞭誤差分離,由測試的兩導軌的水平度誤差計算齣瞭兩環形導軌的平行度。最後對測試結果進行瞭誤差分析,錶明該方法能夠達到測試精度的要求。

In order to measure the parallelism error between two circular guideways , the method of using level instrument to measure levelness and flatness of one circular guideway is introduced, the relationships among levelness, flatness, the bias of the level instrument and the readouts level instrument are also deduced .Then the least square method is used to identify the levelness error, simultaneously the flatness is achieved from the residual errors, so these errors are separated successfully and parallelism of two circular guideways are calculated by the 2D levelness errors of two guideways.At last, the experiment re-sults and error analysis show that this method can meet the requirements for the measurement accuracy .
