　　目的：观察中药内服结合熏蒸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效。方法：将门诊收治177例DPN患者，随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组89人，对照组88人。两组患者均在常规西药良好控制血糖的基础上内服中药治疗，治疗组加用中药熏蒸，均10d为1个疗程，共观察2个月。通过观察治疗前后的临床症状、神经病变证候、神经传导速度评定治疗效果。结果：治疗组在改善临床症状、神经病变证候方面明显优于对照组（P<0.05)；两组神经传导速度均较治疗前有明显改善（P<0.05），但组间比较无差异，无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：中药内服结合熏蒸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效显著，值得临床推广。
　　목적：관찰중약내복결합훈증치료당뇨병주위신경병변（DPN）적림상료효。방법：장문진수치177례DPN환자，수궤분성치료조화대조조，치료조89인，대조조88인。량조환자균재상규서약량호공제혈당적기출상내복중약치료，치료조가용중약훈증，균10d위1개료정，공관찰2개월。통과관찰치료전후적림상증상、신경병변증후、신경전도속도평정치료효과。결과：치료조재개선림상증상、신경병변증후방면명현우우대조조（P<0.05)；량조신경전도속도균교치료전유명현개선（P<0.05），단조간비교무차이，무통계학의의（P>0.05）。결론：중약내복결합훈증치료당뇨병주위신경병변림상료효현저，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To observe the effect of herbal oral administration plus fumigation in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods:The clinic treated 177 cases of DPN were randomly divided into the treated group and control group, treated group 89, control group 88. All patients with herbal oral administration on the basis of the conventional modern medicine treatment, the treated group was treated with TCM fumigation, 10 days for a course of treatment, were observed in two months. By observing clinical symptoms before and after treatment, neuropathy syndromes, nerve conduction velocity to assess the therapeutic effect. Results: The treatment group in improving clinical symptoms, neuropathy syndromes are significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05); nerve conduction velocity of two groups was significantly improved than before treatment (P<0.05), However, no difference between the two groups, not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of herbal oral administration plus fumigation is significant in treating DPN, worthy of promotion.
