　　目的：观察益气润肠方治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法：78例患者随机分为两组，治疗组40例选用益气润肠方治疗，对照组38例选用麻仁丸治疗，两组均以15d为1个疗程，应用2个疗程后统计疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为97.5%；对照组总有效率为78.9%，两组的总有效率比较，有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：益气润肠方治疗老年性功能性便秘有较好的临床疗效。
　　목적：관찰익기윤장방치료공능성편비적림상료효。방법：78례환자수궤분위량조，치료조40례선용익기윤장방치료，대조조38례선용마인환치료，량조균이15d위1개료정，응용2개료정후통계료효。결과：치료조총유효솔위97.5%；대조조총유효솔위78.9%，량조적총유효솔비교，유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론：익기윤장방치료노년성공능성편비유교호적림상료효。
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of Yiqi Runchang prescription on treating the functional constipation (FC). Methods:78 cases were divided into two groups, 40 in the treated, and 38 in the control. The treated group was given the Yiqi Runchang prescription, while the control group was given the Maren pills, 15 days for a course;count the efficacy after 2 courses. Result:the total efficiency of the treated group was 97.5%, 78.9%in the control, the comparison has significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion:The Yiqi Runchang prescription is effective on treating the FC.
