目的：观察中西医结合治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法：选择我院2007年1月～2008年9月冠心病患者79例，随机分为观察组40例和对照组39例，观察组口服硝酸甘油的同时加用自制中药，对照组单纯口服西药，15d为1个疗程，连续治疗3个疗程，观察效果。结果：观察组疗效显著优于对照组。结论：中西药联合应用，治标治本，显著优于单纯应用西药治疗。

목적：관찰중서의결합치료관심병적림상효과。방법：선택아원2007년1월～2008년9월관심병환자79례，수궤분위관찰조40례화대조조39례，관찰조구복초산감유적동시가용자제중약，대조조단순구복서약，15d위1개료정，련속치료3개료정，관찰효과。결과：관찰조료효현저우우대조조。결론：중서약연합응용，치표치본，현저우우단순응용서약치료。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the integrative medicine in treating coronary heart disease. Methods: 79 patients with coronary heart disease admit to our hospital from January 2007 to September 2008 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 in observation group and 39 in control. The control group was given oral modern medicine only, the observation group was given nitroglycerin plus the self-made TCM medicine, 15 days for a course of treatment, continuous treatment for 3 courses, observe the effect. Result:The effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion:The effect of treating coronary heart disease in the integrative medicine is significantly better than the simple application of modern medicine.
