　　目的：研究手法配合牵引治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：把我院就诊患者随机均分为对照组与治疗组，对照组给予牵引治疗，治疗组给予手法配合牵引治疗。结果：治疗组治愈27例，显效32例，有效8例，总有效率为95.71%；对照组治愈16例，显效27例，有效17例，总有效率为85.71%。结论：五步手法与颈椎牵引相结合，可使颈椎间隙扩大，椎体滑脱复位，使颈椎恢复正常生理曲度。
　　목적：연구수법배합견인치료경추병적림상료효。방법：파아원취진환자수궤균분위대조조여치료조，대조조급여견인치료，치료조급여수법배합견인치료。결과：치료조치유27례，현효32례，유효8례，총유효솔위95.71%；대조조치유16례，현효27례，유효17례，총유효솔위85.71%。결론：오보수법여경추견인상결합，가사경추간극확대，추체활탈복위，사경추회복정상생리곡도。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of massage and traction on treating cervical spondylosis. Methods:Patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treated group, the control group received traction treatment, and the treated group was given massage and traction. Results: In the treated group 27 cases were cured, 32 cases markedly effective, effective in 8 cases, the total efficiency was 95.71%;in the control group 16 cases were cured, 27 cases markedly effective, effective in 17 cases, the total efficiency was 85.71%. Conclusion:The five step massage plus cervical traction can make the cervical vertebra gap expanding, vertebral spondylolisthesis reduction, to restore normal physiological curvature of cervical.
