目的：探讨喜炎平注射液氧泵雾化吸入治疗喘憋性肺炎的疗效。方法：将128例喘憋性肺炎患儿随机分为两组,治疗组68例，对照组60例。在常规治疗基础上加用喜炎平雾化吸入，2次/d，对两组临床疗效进行比较，并观察不良反应。结果：治疗组缓解时间、住院天数短于对照组（P<0.05），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：加用喜炎平注射液雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎有助于提高疗效、缩短病程。

목적：탐토희염평주사액양빙무화흡입치료천별성폐염적료효。방법：장128례천별성폐염환인수궤분위량조,치료조68례，대조조60례。재상규치료기출상가용희염평무화흡입，2차/d，대량조림상료효진행비교，병관찰불량반응。결과：치료조완해시간、주원천수단우대조조（P<0.05），량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：가용희염평주사액무화흡입치료모세지기관염유조우제고료효、축단병정。
Objective:To investigate clinical effects of the Xiyanping oygen pump spray therapy on treating hold breath pneumonia. Methods:178 patients were divided into two groups, 68 in the treated, and 60 in the control. The control group was given the conventional therapy, while the treated group was given the Xiyanping oygen pump spray therapy more, 2 times a day, comparing two groups. Results:The total efficiency of the treated group is significantly higher. Conclusion:The acupuncture plus technique loose therapy was effective in treating frozen, worthy of a wide application.The control group was given the acupuncture, while the treated group was given the technique loose more. Results:The total efficiency of the treated group is significantly higher. Conclusion:The Xiyanping oygen pump spray therapy was effective in treating hold breath pneumonia.
