目的探讨乳腺癌患者血浆D-二聚体水平变化的意义及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法采用免疫比浊法测定120例乳腺癌患者组和100例健康对照组的血浆D-二聚体水平,比较两组间的差异,同时分析不同临床病理因素下D-二聚体水平的差异。结果乳腺癌组血浆D-二聚体水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),且在不同TNM分期之间有显著差异;同时血浆D-二聚体水平在三阴(ER、PR、HER2均为阴性)乳腺癌患者中要显著高于非三阴患者,在1年生存率的分组比较中也有显著差异。结论乳腺癌患者血液处于高凝和纤溶亢进状态,血浆D-二聚体的水平反映了乳腺癌的恶性程度,与乳腺癌的分期、进展和生存期密切相关,因此D-二聚体水平在乳腺癌血清学诊断和临床应用研究中均有重要价值。

목적탐토유선암환자혈장D-이취체수평변화적의의급기여림상병리인소적관계。방법채용면역비탁법측정120례유선암환자조화100례건강대조조적혈장D-이취체수평,비교량조간적차이,동시분석불동림상병리인소하D-이취체수평적차이。결과유선암조혈장D-이취체수평현저고우건강대조조(P<0.05),차재불동TNM분기지간유현저차이;동시혈장D-이취체수평재삼음(ER、PR、HER2균위음성)유선암환자중요현저고우비삼음환자,재1년생존솔적분조비교중야유현저차이。결론유선암환자혈액처우고응화섬용항진상태,혈장D-이취체적수평반영료유선암적악성정도,여유선암적분기、진전화생존기밀절상관,인차D-이취체수평재유선암혈청학진단화림상응용연구중균유중요개치。
Objective To investigate the plasma D- dimer levels in patients with breast cancer and its relation to clinico-pathologic features of disease. Methods Plasma D- dimer levels were measued in 120 breast cancer patients and 100 healthy women, the relation between the plasma D- dimer levels and clinicopathologic features of the disease was analyzed. Results The plasma D- dimer levels in breast cancer group was significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05);D- dimer levels in patients with advanced cancer, triple- negative cancer(ER, PR, HER2) and non- survivors were significantly higher than those in early cancer, non- triple- negative cancer and survivors (P<0.05). Conclusion The results indicate that the hypercoagulability status is present in breast cancer patients and plasma D- dimer may be a useful maker for the tumor stage, progression and sur-vival in patients with breast cancer.
