　　目的分析射频消融术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的疗效。方法选择2007年1月～2012年10月经临床和超声检查确诊为子宫黏膜下肌瘤、采用射频消融术治疗的135例患者，观察手术时间、术中出血、肌瘤转归和治疗效果等。结果手术时间3～35（12.5±3.2）min；术中出血4～30（5.5±1.8）mL；治疗6个月后超声检查肌瘤消失99例，肌瘤直径减少80%以上22例，减少50%~80%14例。治愈率为89.6%，总有效率为100.0%。结论射频消融术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤具有微创、安全，手术时间短、术中出血少，治愈率高等优点。
　　목적분석사빈소융술치료자궁점막하기류적료효。방법선택2007년1월～2012년10월경림상화초성검사학진위자궁점막하기류、채용사빈소융술치료적135례환자，관찰수술시간、술중출혈、기류전귀화치료효과등。결과수술시간3～35（12.5±3.2）min；술중출혈4～30（5.5±1.8）mL；치료6개월후초성검사기류소실99례，기류직경감소80%이상22례，감소50%~80%14례。치유솔위89.6%，총유효솔위100.0%。결론사빈소융술치료자궁점막하기류구유미창、안전，수술시간단、술중출혈소，치유솔고등우점。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of submucous myoma. Methods 135 cases definited submucous myoma by clinical and ultrasonic examination from January 2007 to October 2012 were given radiofrequency ablation. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, prognosis of myoma and treatment effect were observed. Results The operation time was 3-35(12.5±3.2)min;The intraoperative blood loss was 4-30(5.5±1.8)mL;Ultrasonography results after 6 months of the treatment show that the patients with disappearance of myoma were 99 cases,the patients with diameter of myoma decreasing more than 80%were 22 cases and with diameter of myoma decreasing between 50%to 80%were 14 cases.The cure rate was 89.6%and total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of submucous myoma has the advantages of minimally invasive,safe,short operation time,less intraoperative blood loss and high cure rate.
