　　目的探讨社区预防与康复治疗对脑卒中患者综合功能的影响。方法选取2008年2月～2011年2月对我社区的49例脑卒中患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，通过建立康复团队、心理护理、药物治疗与生活护理、康复治疗等一系列的社区预防与康复治疗措施，观察治疗效果。结果患者的Barthel分值由治疗前的（45.3±10.5）分升高到治疗后的（61.8±11.1）分，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；患者对治疗的满意度由治疗前38.7%上升到治疗后81.6%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论社区预防与康复治疗脑卒中患者能够提高患者的生活质量和综合功能，还可以提高患者对社区医疗服务的满意度，值得广泛推广。

Objective To explore community prevention and rehabilitation of stroke patients comprehensive functions. Methods The clinical data of 49 cases of stroke patients were analyzed retrospectively from February 2008 to February 2011 in my community. The effect of treatment were observed through the establishment of a rehabilitation team, psychological care, drug treatment and life care, rehabilitation therapy a series of community-based prevention and rehabilitation measures. Results Barthel scores of patients before treatment (45.3 ± 10.5) points was rised to after treatment (61.8 ± 11.1) points(P < 0.05). Patient treatment satisfaction was increased from 38.7% before treatment to 81.6% after treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion Community prevention and rehabilitation of stroke patients can improve the patient's quality of life and comprehensive functions. It can also improve patient satisfaction with community medical services and it is worthy of clinical.
