　　目的探讨胸部闭合性创伤的X线、CT影像学表现，以提高诊断准确率。方法选取自2010～2012年106例胸部闭合性损伤患者的临床资料、X线及CT表现。结果通过X线及CT检查，胸部闭合性创伤致肺实质损伤多表现为复合性损伤，其中肺挫伤（创伤性湿肺）94例，肺撕裂伤6例；61例合并肋骨骨折，29例合并胸腔积液（血），21例合并液气胸，11例合并皮下软组织积气，4例合并肺血肿，2例合并肺囊肿，2例合并心包积液。结论胸部闭合性创伤早期做影像检查有利于发现病变部位、性质及损伤程度，CT检查有助于发现并发症。
　　목적탐토흉부폐합성창상적X선、CT영상학표현，이제고진단준학솔。방법선취자2010～2012년106례흉부폐합성손상환자적림상자료、X선급CT표현。결과통과X선급CT검사，흉부폐합성창상치폐실질손상다표현위복합성손상，기중폐좌상（창상성습폐）94례，폐시렬상6례；61례합병륵골골절，29례합병흉강적액（혈），21례합병액기흉，11례합병피하연조직적기，4례합병폐혈종，2례합병폐낭종，2례합병심포적액。결론흉부폐합성창상조기주영상검사유리우발현병변부위、성질급손상정도，CT검사유조우발현병발증。
Objective To explore the X-ray, CT findings of blunt chest trauma, in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy rate. Methods 106 cases of blunt chest injury in patients with clinical data, X-ray and CT findings from 2010 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results By X-ray and CT examination, pulmonary parenchyma injuryblunt by chest trauma caused showed complex injuries, including 94 cases of pulmonary contusion (traumatic wet lung), 6 cases of lung laceration. Among them,61 cases with rib fractures, 29 cases with pleural effusion (blood), 21 cases with pneumothorax, 11 cases with soft tissue product gas, 4 cases with pulmonary hematoma, 2 cases with lung cysts and 2 cases with pericardial effusion. Conclusion Early blunt chest trauma imaging is helpful to find the lesion site, the nature and extent of damage, CT is helpful to find complications.
