目的探讨风池穴穴位注射配合整脊手法治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法选取我院收治的颈部偏头痛患者100例,随机分为对照组50例、治疗组50例。对照组采取风池穴穴位注射,治疗组在采取风池穴穴位注射的基础上配合整脊手法治疗。观察各组的疗效效果,并对此进行分析。结果治疗组治疗后的效果显著优于对照组;对照组的总有效率为76%,而治疗组的总有效率为92%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取风池穴穴位注射配合整脊手法治疗颈部偏头痛具有治愈率更高、疗效更佳、疗程时间更短等特点,值得临床推广应用。

목적탐토풍지혈혈위주사배합정척수법치료편두통적료효。방법선취아원수치적경부편두통환자100례,수궤분위대조조50례、치료조50례。대조조채취풍지혈혈위주사,치료조재채취풍지혈혈위주사적기출상배합정척수법치료。관찰각조적료효효과,병대차진행분석。결과치료조치료후적효과현저우우대조조;대조조적총유효솔위76%,이치료조적총유효솔위92%,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론채취풍지혈혈위주사배합정척수법치료경부편두통구유치유솔경고、료효경가、료정시간경단등특점,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupoint injection of fengchi combined with chiropractic manipulation on migraine. Methods 100 cases of patients with cervical migraine in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group(50 cases in each group).The acupoint injection of fengchi was used in the control group,and the acupoint injection of fengchi combined with chiropractic manipulation was used in the treatment group.The curative effect of each group was observed and analyzed. Results The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the control group was 76%,while that was 92% in the treatment group.The comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of acupoint injection of fengchi combined with chiropractic manipulation on cervical migraine has characteristics of higher cure rate,better curative effect and shorter treatment course,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
