　　目的探讨大学生水痘患者住院隔离的心理变化特点，帮助医护人员从容应对。方法采用医护人员监测记录和住院患者调查问卷相结合的方式。结果乐群性高的水痘患者住院时间更短（P＜0.05）；经过心理监测的56例水痘患者住院时间缩短2d以上。结论大学生水痘患者隔离治疗期间心理反应强度很大，心理护理可明显改善水痘患者住院期间的生活状态，促进疾病痊愈。
　　목적탐토대학생수두환자주원격리적심리변화특점，방조의호인원종용응대。방법채용의호인원감측기록화주원환자조사문권상결합적방식。결과악군성고적수두환자주원시간경단（P＜0.05）；경과심리감측적56례수두환자주원시간축단2d이상。결론대학생수두환자격리치료기간심리반응강도흔대，심리호리가명현개선수두환자주원기간적생활상태，촉진질병전유。
Objective To study psychological change characteristics of chicken pox isolating undergraduate students,to help staff reply naturally. Methods The method of medical staff monitoring records and questionnaire of hospitalized patients was used. Results Hospitalized time of varicella patients with high lequn nature were shorter (P < 0.05); hospitalized time of 56 cases after psychological monitoring shortened more than 2 days. Conclusion Psychological reaction intensity of chicken pox isolating undergraduate students during isolation treatment is high,psychological nursing can obviously improve life status during hospitalization of the varicella patients,promote disease to cure.
