目的观察低频脉冲电磁场治疗骨关节炎的有效性及安全性。方法80例骨关节炎患者运用低频脉冲电磁场方法进行治疗。以患者的疼痛程度视觉类比量表(VAS)评分、WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分在治疗开始前、治疗开始后1周、治疗开始后1个月、治疗开始后3个月的变化对患者进行疗效评估;以患者治疗前后重要生命体征和实验室检查结果进行安全性评估。结果治疗前,患者的疼痛程度VAS评分为(7.56±2.41),WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分为(57.21±10.68);治疗开始后1周、治疗开始后1个月、治疗开始后3个月患者的疼痛程度VAS评分分别为(6.16±1.84)、(3.58±1.79)、(3.43±1.92),WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分分别为(47.26±9.81)、(26.5±7.45)、(16.57±4.23);与治疗前相比,患者治疗开始后1周、治疗开始后1个月、治疗开始后3个月的疼痛程度VAS评分、WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分均有改善,各相应指标间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后重要生命体征和实验室检查结果的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低频脉冲电磁场疗法是一种安全、有效的骨关节炎治疗手段。

목적관찰저빈맥충전자장치료골관절염적유효성급안전성。방법80례골관절염환자운용저빈맥충전자장방법진행치료。이환자적동통정도시각류비량표(VAS)평분、WOMAC골관절염지수평분재치료개시전、치료개시후1주、치료개시후1개월、치료개시후3개월적변화대환자진행료효평고;이환자치료전후중요생명체정화실험실검사결과진행안전성평고。결과치료전,환자적동통정도VAS평분위(7.56±2.41),WOMAC골관절염지수평분위(57.21±10.68);치료개시후1주、치료개시후1개월、치료개시후3개월환자적동통정도VAS평분분별위(6.16±1.84)、(3.58±1.79)、(3.43±1.92),WOMAC골관절염지수평분분별위(47.26±9.81)、(26.5±7.45)、(16.57±4.23);여치료전상비,환자치료개시후1주、치료개시후1개월、치료개시후3개월적동통정도VAS평분、WOMAC골관절염지수평분균유개선,각상응지표간적차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료전후중요생명체정화실험실검사결과적차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론저빈맥충전자장요법시일충안전、유효적골관절염치료수단。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields (LFPEMFs) in the treatment of osteoarthritis(OA). Methods Eighty patients with osteoarthritis received low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields for thirty days. The VAS of the pain and the WOMAC Index were used to assess the efficacy before and in 1 week,1 month,3 months after the treatment. Meanwhile,the safety was evaluated through the vital signs and the results of laboratory examination before and after the treatment. Results Before the treatment,the VAS score and WOMAC Index of the patients were (7.56±2.41) and (57.21±10.68). The VAS scores were (6.16±1.84 )in 1 week,(3.58±1.79) in 1 month,(3.43±1.92) in 3 months after the treatment and the WOMAC Index were (47.26±9.81) in 1 week,(26.5±7.45) in 1 month,(16.57±4.23) in 3 months after the treatment. Compared with before the treatment,the VAS scores and WOMAC Index were improved in 1 week,1 month,3 months after the treatment,and the differences of the VAS scores and WOMAC Index were statistically significant before and after the treatment(P<0.05). Meanwhile,the differences of the vital signs and the results of laboratory examination were not statistically significant before and after the treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion Low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields was effective and safe in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
