　　目的比较分析经阴道超声和经腹部超声诊断子宫内膜病变的临床效果。方法回顾性总结在我院用超声诊断子宫内膜病变的患者40例资料，按照诊断方法不同进行分组：选择经阴道超声诊断的20例患者为观察一组，选择经腹部超声诊断的20例患者为观察二组，所有患者超声诊断结果与临床诊断结果进行比较，计算诊断准确率，并用统计学方法比较两组患者准确率是否存在显著性差异。结果观察一组子宫内膜息肉6例，子宫内膜增厚7例，子宫内膜癌1例，子宫黏膜下肌瘤2例，异常回声现象4例，诊断准确率为95%，明显高于观察二组患者诊断准确率（P＜0.05）。结论经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜病变具有更优秀的临床意义。
　　목적비교분석경음도초성화경복부초성진단자궁내막병변적림상효과。방법회고성총결재아원용초성진단자궁내막병변적환자40례자료，안조진단방법불동진행분조：선택경음도초성진단적20례환자위관찰일조，선택경복부초성진단적20례환자위관찰이조，소유환자초성진단결과여림상진단결과진행비교，계산진단준학솔，병용통계학방법비교량조환자준학솔시부존재현저성차이。결과관찰일조자궁내막식육6례，자궁내막증후7례，자궁내막암1례，자궁점막하기류2례，이상회성현상4례，진단준학솔위95%，명현고우관찰이조환자진단준학솔（P＜0.05）。결론경음도초성진단자궁내막병변구유경우수적림상의의。
Objective To compare and analysis the clinical effects of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions. Methods 40 cases patients in our hospital were diagnosed with ultrasound diagnosis of endometrial lesions, according to the different diagnostic methods were divided into three groups, comparing the results of ultrasonic diagnosis and clinical diagnosis results, calculation accuracy of diagnosis, and there is a significant difference between two groups were compared by statistical method of accuracy. Results The observation group of 6 cases endometrial polyps, endometrial thickening in 7 cases, 1 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 2 cases of submucosal myoma of uterus, 4 cases with abnormal echo phenomenon, the diagnostic accuracy was 95%, significantly higher than the observation accuracy of two groups of patients diagnosis(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical significance of transvaginal ultrasound has more excellent in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions.
