　　目的加深对鼻道窦口复合体常见解剖变异与副鼻窦炎性病变及临床内镜手术相关性的认识。方法使用SIEMENS ESPRIT螺旋CT扫描仪对搜集整理临床证实的鼻窦炎患者58例进行冠状位高分辨扫描，层距、层厚均为3 mm，骨算法重建，窗宽1500～3000 HU ，窗位150～300 HU。重点观察钩突、中鼻甲、鼻中隔、筛泡发育形态、位置。结果58例慢性鼻窦炎与鼻道窦口复合体常见解剖变异有明显的相关性，其中以钩突、中鼻甲、鼻中隔及筛泡的解剖变异影响最为显著。结论高分辨率CT冠状位扫描能清晰地显示鼻道窦口复合体的解剖变异、慢性鼻窦炎位置以及二者的关系，当存在多种解剖变异时受累最重的是上颌窦，其次是筛窦。

Objective To deepen the relational understanding of common anatomic variations of ostoimestal complex and inflammatory pathological changes of accessory nasal sinuses and clinical endoscopic surgery. Methods 58 cases definited nasosinusitis were given coronal high resolution scanning through using SIEMENS ESPRIT CT scanner with 3 mm of thickness and interval,1500~3000 HU of window width and 150~300 HU of window level and by reconstructed with bone algorithm. The spatial distribution and position of uncinate process,middle nasal concha,septum nasi and bulla ethmoidalis were observed importantly. Results 58 cases with chronic nasosinusitis had significantly correlation with common anatomic variations of ostoimestal complex,and of which anatomic variations influence of uncinate process, middle nasal concha,septum nasi and bulla ethmoidalis were most pronounced. Conclusion Coronal high resolution CT scanning can clearly show anatomic variations of ostoimestal complex,position of chronic nasosinusitis and relations between them. The most severe anatomic variation among multifarious anatomic variations is sinus maxillaries and secondly bulla ethmoidalis.
