　　目的探讨硫辛酸片联合甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法112例糖尿病周围神经病变患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组：饮食控制、常规降血糖，并采用甲钴胺片治疗。观察组：在对照组用药方式的基础上，加用硫辛酸片治疗。结果观察组总有效率为89.29%，高于对照组的71.43%，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论硫辛酸片联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者疗效佳。
　　목적탐토류신산편연합갑고알편치료당뇨병주위신경병변적림상료효。방법112례당뇨병주위신경병변환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조：음식공제、상규강혈당，병채용갑고알편치료。관찰조：재대조조용약방식적기출상，가용류신산편치료。결과관찰조총유효솔위89.29%，고우대조조적71.43%，차이구유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론류신산편연합갑고알치료당뇨병주위신경병변환자료효가。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lipoic acid tablets combined Methylcobalamin tablets in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 112 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received diet control,conventional blood sugar decrease and Methylcobalamin tablets treatment.The observation group received additional lipoic acid tablets on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.29%,which was higher than the 71.43% of the control group,with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Lipoic acid tablets combined with mecobalamin are effective in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
