目的优选茯苓皮总三萜的最佳提取工艺。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定总三萜物质的含量,以茯苓皮总三萜的提取率为指标,正交优选最佳提取工艺。结果茯苓皮总三萜最佳提取工艺为6倍量、90%乙醇提取2次、每次1h。结论该工艺操作简单、稳定、可行,具有良好的应用前景。

Objective To optimize the extraction technology for total triterpenoids from Poria cocos peel. Methods To determine the content of total triterpenoids by UV. The optimum extraction condition was investigated by orthogonal design and the extraction quantity was regarded as the investigated index. Results The optimum extracting condition was adding ten times amount of 90% alcohol and refluxing twice,1 h once. Conclution The optimum technology is stable and feasible and had good application prospect.
