　　目的研究西其汀注射液联合舒血宁配合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法选择椎动脉型颈椎病患者作为研究对象，随机分为西其汀注射液联合舒血宁配合针刺治疗的观察组和西其汀注射液治疗的对照组，观察治疗效果、颈性眩晕情况、应激状态及远期生活质量。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.56%、胰岛素水平以及治疗后1周、2周、3周及1月时的生活质量评分均明显高于对照组；ESCV评分以及血糖水平、HAMD评分、HAMA评分、NRS评分明显低于对照组。结论西其汀注射液联合舒血宁配合针刺治疗有助于改善治疗效果、提高生活质量、缓解应激状态，具有积极的临床价值。
　　목적연구서기정주사액연합서혈저배합침자치료추동맥형경추병적료효。방법선택추동맥형경추병환자작위연구대상，수궤분위서기정주사액연합서혈저배합침자치료적관찰조화서기정주사액치료적대조조，관찰치료효과、경성현훈정황、응격상태급원기생활질량。결과관찰조환자치료총유효솔위92.56%、이도소수평이급치료후1주、2주、3주급1월시적생활질량평분균명현고우대조조；ESCV평분이급혈당수평、HAMD평분、HAMA평분、NRS평분명현저우대조조。결론서기정주사액연합서혈저배합침자치료유조우개선치료효과、제고생활질량、완해응격상태，구유적겁적림상개치。
Objective To study the efficacy of Xiqiding injection combined with Shuxuening and acupuncture in the treatment of the vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods Patients with the vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were selected as the study subjects and randomLy divided into the observation group receiving Xiqiding injection combined with Shuxuening and acupuncture treatment and the control group receiving Xiqiding injection treatment.The treatment effect,cervical vertigo situation,stress state and long term quality of life were observed. Results The total effective treatment rate of the observation group was 92.56% and their insulin level and post-treatment 1-week,2-week,3-week and 1-month life quality scores were significantly higher than those of the control group.The ESCV score and the blood sugar level,HAMD score,HAMA score and NRS score were significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion Xiqiding injection combined with Shuxuening and acupuncture treatment is conducive to improving the treatment effect,improving the life quality and relieving the stress state and thus has positive clinical value.
