目的探讨高频超声检测乳腺肿块内微钙化灶在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法对112例合并钙化的乳腺肿块患者进行高频超声检测,重点观察肿块内钙化灶大小、形状、数目及分布特征,以术后病理为诊断“金标准”,比较分析乳腺肿块内不同钙化类型与肿块良恶性之间的关系。结果术后病理证实:112例肿块中恶性79例,良性33例。乳腺恶性肿块合并钙化(70.54%,79/112)较良性肿块合并钙化(29.46%,33/112)多见;恶性肿块微钙化发生率(92.41%)明显高于良性肿块(30.30%)。恶性肿块微钙化以簇状分布为主(69.86%)。微钙化灶诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的敏感度为92.41%。结论高频超声能有效显示乳腺肿块内部微钙化灶类型,呈簇状分布的微钙化灶是高频超声诊断乳腺癌的重要指标。
目的探討高頻超聲檢測乳腺腫塊內微鈣化竈在乳腺癌診斷中的應用價值。方法對112例閤併鈣化的乳腺腫塊患者進行高頻超聲檢測,重點觀察腫塊內鈣化竈大小、形狀、數目及分佈特徵,以術後病理為診斷“金標準”,比較分析乳腺腫塊內不同鈣化類型與腫塊良噁性之間的關繫。結果術後病理證實:112例腫塊中噁性79例,良性33例。乳腺噁性腫塊閤併鈣化(70.54%,79/112)較良性腫塊閤併鈣化(29.46%,33/112)多見;噁性腫塊微鈣化髮生率(92.41%)明顯高于良性腫塊(30.30%)。噁性腫塊微鈣化以簇狀分佈為主(69.86%)。微鈣化竈診斷乳腺噁性腫瘤的敏感度為92.41%。結論高頻超聲能有效顯示乳腺腫塊內部微鈣化竈類型,呈簇狀分佈的微鈣化竈是高頻超聲診斷乳腺癌的重要指標。
목적탐토고빈초성검측유선종괴내미개화조재유선암진단중적응용개치。방법대112례합병개화적유선종괴환자진행고빈초성검측,중점관찰종괴내개화조대소、형상、수목급분포특정,이술후병리위진단“금표준”,비교분석유선종괴내불동개화류형여종괴량악성지간적관계。결과술후병리증실:112례종괴중악성79례,량성33례。유선악성종괴합병개화(70.54%,79/112)교량성종괴합병개화(29.46%,33/112)다견;악성종괴미개화발생솔(92.41%)명현고우량성종괴(30.30%)。악성종괴미개화이족상분포위주(69.86%)。미개화조진단유선악성종류적민감도위92.41%。결론고빈초성능유효현시유선종괴내부미개화조류형,정족상분포적미개화조시고빈초성진단유선암적중요지표。
Objective To explore the diagnosis value of the high-frequency ultrasonography in breast cancer with micro-calcification. Methods 112 cases of breast mass with calcification were tested by high-frequency ultrasonography,which confirmed by postoperative pathology. Emphasis was placed on the size, shape, number and distribution of the calcifications within the mass. And to analysis of the relationship between the calcification types and the nature of the mass. Results 79 of 112 cases were malignant and 33 of 112 cases were benign. Malignant mass with calcification(70.54%, 79/112) were more common than that of benign mass(29.46%, 33/112). The incidence of micro-calcification in malignant mass(92.41%) was significantly higher then benign mass(30.30%). The clusters of micro-calcifications(69.86%) was the main distribution types in malignant mass. The diagnostic sensitivity of breast cancer by microcalcifications was 92.41%. Conclusions High-frequency ultrasonography can effectively display the type of micro-calcifications in the breast mass. The clusters of micro-calcifications is an important index of breast cancer in high-frequency ultrasonography.
