　　目的观察乌梅丸治疗慢性腹泻的疗效。方法将64例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组应用乌梅丸加减治疗，对照组应用思密达粉治疗，观察其效果。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.6%和75.0%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论乌梅丸治疗慢性腹泻疗效显著。
　　목적관찰오매환치료만성복사적료효。방법장64례환자수궤분성치료조화대조조，치료조응용오매환가감치료，대조조응용사밀체분치료，관찰기효과。결과치료조화대조조총유효솔분별위90.6%화75.0%，량조비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론오매환치료만성복사료효현저。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Wumei Pill in the treatment of chronic diarrhea. Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group treated by Wumei pill and the control group treated by smecta powder. The curative effect of patients in two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 90.6% and 75.0% respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Wumei Pill in the treatment of chronic diarrhea has significant curative effect.
