　　目的分析我院患者药疹的主要致敏药物及类型，以促进临床安全、合理的用药。方法采用回顾性调查分析方法对我院2005年1月~2012年12月收治的139例药疹患者临床资料进行分析。结果由抗生素所致药疹最多，其中头孢菌素类28例，青霉素类19例，解热镇痛类位居第2，生物制品位居第3；而药疹类型以发疹型、荨麻疹型、固定性药疹多见。结论主要致敏药物为抗生素类、解热镇痛药和生物制剂，主要药疹类型为发疹型、荨麻疹型、固定性药疹。
　　목적분석아원환자약진적주요치민약물급류형，이촉진림상안전、합리적용약。방법채용회고성조사분석방법대아원2005년1월~2012년12월수치적139례약진환자림상자료진행분석。결과유항생소소치약진최다，기중두포균소류28례，청매소류19례，해열진통류위거제2，생물제품위거제3；이약진류형이발진형、담마진형、고정성약진다견。결론주요치민약물위항생소류、해열진통약화생물제제，주요약진류형위발진형、담마진형、고정성약진。
Objective To analyze the main sensitizing drugs and types of drug eruption in our hospital in order to promote the safe and rational clinical drug use. Methods The clinical data of 139 patients with drug eruption admitted to our hospital from January 2005 to December 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Antibiotics induced drug eruption ranked first,of which 28 cases were cephalosporins and 19 cases were penicillins;antipyretic analgesics ranked second and biological products ranked third. The common drug eruption types were exanthema,urticaria and fixed drug eruption. Conclusion The major sensitizing drugs are antibiotics,antipyretic analgescis and biological products. The major drug eruption types are exanthema,urticaria and fixed drug eruption.
