目的：观察辛伐他汀治疗脑血栓的疗效。方法：对自2009年1月至2012年5月我院收治的脑血栓患者行辛伐他汀治疗，治疗后观察患者的病情变化情况。结果：全部患者治疗后的6、9个月患者的IMT明显减少，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）；治疗后的9个月时患者的TG、TC、LDL-C与治疗前相比显著降低，差异明显（p<0.05）。结论：辛伐他汀可明显减少IMT，降低血脂水平。
목적：관찰신벌타정치료뇌혈전적료효。방법：대자2009년1월지2012년5월아원수치적뇌혈전환자행신벌타정치료，치료후관찰환자적병정변화정황。결과：전부환자치료후적6、9개월환자적IMT명현감소，여치료전비교차이유통계학의의（p<0.05）；치료후적9개월시환자적TG、TC、LDL-C여치료전상비현저강저，차이명현（p<0.05）。결론：신벌타정가명현감소IMT，강저혈지수평。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of simvastatin in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis. Methods: the patients with cerebral thrombosis of simvastatin on since 2009 January to 2012 May in our hospital, the patient's condition changes observed after treatment of the situation. Results: al the patients were treated with 6, 9 months of IMT decreased obviously, compared with that before treatment was statistical y significant (p<0.05); 9 months after treatment LDL-C and treatment in patients with TG, TC decreased significantly, compared to before, significant difference (p<0.05). Conclusion: simvastatin can significantly reduce IMT, lower the level of blood lipid.
