目的研究并探讨采用锁定钢板固定制定儿童股骨干骨折术后不愈合的临床效果。方法选用我院2010年2月-2011年2月确诊收治的20例儿童股骨干骨折术后不愈合患者，采用锁定钢板固定的方法进行治疗。采用取出内固定物，清理骨折断端的疤痕以及硬化的骨面，将骨髓腔钻通，并沿着股骨干轴放置锁定钢板。对于未能充分显露的钢板两端锁定孔需在X线透视下经皮下置入螺钉进行固定，固定完成后在骨折端进行充分植骨。结果20例患者术后随访6～12个月，所有患者的骨折均完全愈合；骨折的愈合时间为6～14周，平均（10.2±0.5）周；术后17例患者的患肢长度以及关节功能恢复正常水平，其余3例患者的患肢均缩短或增长1～1.5cm，整体治疗效果较好。结论采用锁定钢板固定治疗儿童股骨干骨折术后不愈合患者具有创伤小，固定牢固等优点，能够促进患者骨折的愈合，效果较好。
目的研究併探討採用鎖定鋼闆固定製定兒童股骨榦骨摺術後不愈閤的臨床效果。方法選用我院2010年2月-2011年2月確診收治的20例兒童股骨榦骨摺術後不愈閤患者，採用鎖定鋼闆固定的方法進行治療。採用取齣內固定物，清理骨摺斷耑的疤痕以及硬化的骨麵，將骨髓腔鑽通，併沿著股骨榦軸放置鎖定鋼闆。對于未能充分顯露的鋼闆兩耑鎖定孔需在X線透視下經皮下置入螺釘進行固定，固定完成後在骨摺耑進行充分植骨。結果20例患者術後隨訪6～12箇月，所有患者的骨摺均完全愈閤；骨摺的愈閤時間為6～14週，平均（10.2±0.5）週；術後17例患者的患肢長度以及關節功能恢複正常水平，其餘3例患者的患肢均縮短或增長1～1.5cm，整體治療效果較好。結論採用鎖定鋼闆固定治療兒童股骨榦骨摺術後不愈閤患者具有創傷小，固定牢固等優點，能夠促進患者骨摺的愈閤，效果較好。
목적연구병탐토채용쇄정강판고정제정인동고골간골절술후불유합적림상효과。방법선용아원2010년2월-2011년2월학진수치적20례인동고골간골절술후불유합환자，채용쇄정강판고정적방법진행치료。채용취출내고정물，청리골절단단적파흔이급경화적골면，장골수강찬통，병연착고골간축방치쇄정강판。대우미능충분현로적강판량단쇄정공수재X선투시하경피하치입라정진행고정，고정완성후재골절단진행충분식골。결과20례환자술후수방6～12개월，소유환자적골절균완전유합；골절적유합시간위6～14주，평균（10.2±0.5）주；술후17례환자적환지장도이급관절공능회복정상수평，기여3례환자적환지균축단혹증장1～1.5cm，정체치료효과교호。결론채용쇄정강판고정치료인동고골간골절술후불유합환자구유창상소，고정뢰고등우점，능구촉진환자골절적유합，효과교호。
Objective: To study the clinical effects of locking plate fixation for children's femoral shaft fracture nonunion after operation. Methods: Selected in our hospital from 2010 February -2011 year in February were treated 20 cases of fracture of femoral shaft in children postoperative nonunion were treated with locking plate fixation, method of treatment. The removed internal fixation, clean fracture scar and hardening of the surface of bone stump, the bone marrow cavity dril ed, and along the femoral stem shaft locking plate. Two ends of steel plate for failing to ful y reveal the locking holes in the X-ray subcutaneous placement of screws, fixed after completion of sufficient bone graft in the fracture end. Results: 20 patients were fol owed up for 6~12 months, al fractures healed completely; the fracture healing time was 6~14 weeks, averaged (10.2 ± 0.5) weeks; normal level in 17 patients with limb length and joint function recovery after operation, the other 3 patients with limb shortened or growth of 1~1.5cm overal , better treatment effect. Conclusion:The use of locking plate fixation for the treatment of children's femoral shaft fracture nonunion after operation in patients with less trauma, firm fixation and other advantages, can promote the healing of fractures, effect is good.
