目的探讨三甲综合性医院门诊疑难病多学科会诊的作用。方法回顾性分析我院2010年11月至2012年10月参加多学科会诊的167例疑难病例的临床资料，评估门诊疑难病多学科会诊的效果。结果167例疑难病例均得到及时多学科会诊，一次性确诊136例，痊愈93例，好转55例患者对会诊结果满意度达91%。结论三甲综合性医院门诊疑难病会诊体系的建立，能够使患者得到及时准确的诊治，有助于提高门诊的医疗质量。

목적탐토삼갑종합성의원문진의난병다학과회진적작용。방법회고성분석아원2010년11월지2012년10월삼가다학과회진적167례의난병례적림상자료，평고문진의난병다학과회진적효과。결과167례의난병례균득도급시다학과회진，일차성학진136례，전유93례，호전55례환자대회진결과만의도체91%。결론삼갑종합성의원문진의난병회진체계적건립，능구사환자득도급시준학적진치，유조우제고문진적의료질량。
Objective] To investigate the role of outpatient multidisciplinary consultation in third-level grade-A general hospital . [Methods] Clinical data of 167 difficult cases in our hospital from 2010 November to 2012 October with multidisciplinary consultation was retrospective analysed, to evaluate the effect of outpatient multidisciplinary consultation. [Results] Al of the 167 cases received timely consultation. The diagnosis was confirmed in 136 cases and 93 cases were cured, 55 cases improved. Patients’ satisfaction was 91% with the consultation results. [Conclusions] Establishment of the outpatient difficult cases consultation system, can make patients get timely and accurate diagnosis and treatment, help to improve the quality of outpatient medical.
