目的:了解急性支气管肺炎患儿血浆人中性粒细胞多肽1-3(HNP 1-3)水平及其在病原判断中的参考价值。方法88例急性支气管肺炎患儿,分离其急性期和恢复期血浆,应用ELISA法检测HNP 1-3、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数和hs- CRP,并进行比较。结果急性期血浆HNP1-3为(257.0±150.6)ng/ml,明显高于恢复期的(215.6±104.5)ng/ml(t=2.12,P<0.05),且血浆HNP1-3水平与白细胞总数、中性粒细胞计数和hs- CRP均明显相关(r=0.283、0.275、0.273,均P<0.01)。结论88例急性支气管肺炎患儿急性期血浆HNP1-3水平明显升高,且与白细胞总数、中性粒细胞总数和hs- CRP相关,可能对细菌性感染的诊断有参考价值。

목적:료해급성지기관폐염환인혈장인중성립세포다태1-3(HNP 1-3)수평급기재병원판단중적삼고개치。방법88례급성지기관폐염환인,분리기급성기화회복기혈장,응용ELISA법검측HNP 1-3、백세포계수、중성립세포계수화hs- CRP,병진행비교。결과급성기혈장HNP1-3위(257.0±150.6)ng/ml,명현고우회복기적(215.6±104.5)ng/ml(t=2.12,P<0.05),차혈장HNP1-3수평여백세포총수、중성립세포계수화hs- CRP균명현상관(r=0.283、0.275、0.273,균P<0.01)。결론88례급성지기관폐염환인급성기혈장HNP1-3수평명현승고,차여백세포총수、중성립세포총수화hs- CRP상관,가능대세균성감염적진단유삼고개치。
Objective To investigate the serum human neutrophil peptides 1- 3 (HNP 1- 3) levels in children with bron-chopneumonia and its value for etiological diagnosis. Methods Plasma samples were col ected from 88 children with bron-chopneumonia admitted between January and December 2012. Plasma HNP 1- 3 levels were detected by enzyme linked im-munosorbent assay(ELISA) at acute and convalescent stages of the patients. Independent sample t test was used to compare SA levels or iron levels between groups and Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze correlation. Results Eighty- eight children with bronchopneumonia,including 53 males (60.2%) and 35 females (39.8%) were included in the study. The mean HNP 1- 3 level at the acute stage was 257.0±150.6 ng/ml, which was significant higher than that at the convalescent stage (215.6± 104.5mg/ml, t=2.12, P=0.036). Furthermore, plasma HNP1- 3 levels were correlated with white blood cell (r=0.283, P<0.001), neutrophil(r=0.275, P=0.001) and HS- CRP(r=0.273, P=0.001). Conclusion Plasma HNP 1- 3 level is significant higher at the a-cute stage than that in convalescent stage in children with bronchopneumonia and can be helpful in diagnosis of bacterial infec-tion.
