目的:探讨血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、抵抗素和糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)在2型糖尿病患者及糖尿病肾病患者中的变化。方法:选择健康体检者30例为对照组,2型糖尿病患者32例为糖尿病组(DM组),2型糖尿病肾病患者38例为糖尿病肾病组(DN组)。采用散射比浊法、双抗体夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、免疫比浊法和化学发光法分别检测各组患者空腹血清hs-CRP、抵抗素、HbAlc和胰岛素(FINS)含量,采用稳态模型评估法(HOMA)计算胰岛素抵抗指数。结果:DM组、DN组血清hs-CRP、抵抗素和HbAlc水平及HOMA-IR均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);DM组和DN组以上各指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:hs-CRP、抵抗素和HbAlc是2型糖尿病及糖尿病肾病发生发展的高危因素。

목적:탐토혈청고민C반응단백(hs-CRP)、저항소화당화혈홍단백(HbAlc)재2형당뇨병환자급당뇨병신병환자중적변화。방법:선택건강체검자30례위대조조,2형당뇨병환자32례위당뇨병조(DM조),2형당뇨병신병환자38례위당뇨병신병조(DN조)。채용산사비탁법、쌍항체협심법매련면역흡부시험(ELISA)、면역비탁법화화학발광법분별검측각조환자공복혈청hs-CRP、저항소、HbAlc화이도소(FINS)함량,채용은태모형평고법(HOMA)계산이도소저항지수。결과:DM조、DN조혈청hs-CRP、저항소화HbAlc수평급HOMA-IR균명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01);DM조화DN조이상각지표비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론:hs-CRP、저항소화HbAlc시2형당뇨병급당뇨병신병발생발전적고위인소。
Objective:To investigate the level of serum high-sensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP),resistin and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc) in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Method:A simple type 2 diabetes group was composed of 32 patients,a group of type 2 diabetes combined with diabetic nephropathy was composed of 38 patients,a control group was composed of 30 healthy people. Nephelometry,double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),turbidimetric immunoassay and chemiluminescence were used respectively to detect the contents of the level of hs-CRP,resistin,HbAlc and FINS in blood serum of the subjects. Automatic blood biochemical analyzer was used to detect the contents of fasting serum glucose e(FPG)of the subjects,and insulin resistance index(IRI)was estimated by homeostasis model assessment(HOMA).Result:The levels of hs-CRP,resistin and HbAlc of the simple diabetes group and diabetes combined with nephropathy group were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);the above indicators of the simple diabetes group and diabetes combined with nephropathy group were significantly different(P<0.01). Conclusion:Hs-CRP,resistin and HbAlc are high risk factors for type 2 diabetes mellitus and its nephropathy development.
