目的了解VEGF、bFGF在慢性高原病(CMS)骨髓组织中的表达,探讨血管新生在CMS发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测30例CMS患者(CMS组)及20例长期居住西宁地区健康人(对照组)骨髓组织中VEGF、bFGF的表达情况和MVD的变化(用CD34单抗标记的血管计数法)并进行比较分析。结果 CMS组VEGF、bFGF阳性表达率分别为76.67%及73.33%,均显著高于对照组(分别为35.00%、30.00%)(p值均<0.01);CMS组MVD为33.23±6.13,也明显高于对照组(24.94±6.18)(p<0.01)。CMS组VEGF阳性表达率、bFGF阳性表达率、MVD及Hb相互间均呈显著正相关(均为p<0.01)。结论 CMS骨髓组织中VEGF和bFGF表达升高, MVD增加,提示VEGF与bFGF协同促进血管生成和红细胞增殖,参与CMS的发生发展。

목적료해VEGF、bFGF재만성고원병(CMS)골수조직중적표체,탐토혈관신생재CMS발생、발전중적작용。방법응용면역조직화학SP법검측30례CMS환자(CMS조)급20례장기거주서저지구건강인(대조조)골수조직중VEGF、bFGF적표체정황화MVD적변화(용CD34단항표기적혈관계수법)병진행비교분석。결과 CMS조VEGF、bFGF양성표체솔분별위76.67%급73.33%,균현저고우대조조(분별위35.00%、30.00%)(p치균<0.01);CMS조MVD위33.23±6.13,야명현고우대조조(24.94±6.18)(p<0.01)。CMS조VEGF양성표체솔、bFGF양성표체솔、MVD급Hb상호간균정현저정상관(균위p<0.01)。결론 CMS골수조직중VEGF화bFGF표체승고, MVD증가,제시VEGF여bFGF협동촉진혈관생성화홍세포증식,삼여CMS적발생발전。
Objective To explore the pathological roles of angiogenesis in the progenesis and progress of chronic mountain sickness (CMS) by evaluating the expressions of VEGF and bFGF in bone marrow of patients with CMS. Methods The samples of bone marrow used in this study were obtained from 30 patients with CMS(CMS group)and 20 healthy adults (control group).The expressions of VEGF and bFGF in bone marrows were detected using the SP immunohisto chemistry technique and the MVD in bone marrow was measured by counting the vascular endothelial cel s labeled by anti-CD34 monoclonal antibody.The results were analyzed comparatively. Results The positive rates of VEGF and bFGF in CMS group were 76.67% and 73.33%,while 35.00% and 30.00% in control group.There were significant differences in the positive rates of VEGF and bFGF between these two groups, respectively(p<0.01). MVD in CMS group (33.23±6.13) was significantly higher than that in control group (24.94±6.18 ) (p<0.01) .In the CMS group,there were positive correlations in the positive rates of VEGF and bFGF ,MVD and Hb each other (al p<0.01) .Conclusions The results of this study showed that there were over expressions of VEGF and bFGF, and the MVD increased in bone marrow of CMS. It was suggested that the VEGF and bFGF may play a crucial role in generation and progression of CMS through contributing to the angiogenesis and the erythrocyte proliferation in CMS .
