　　太极拳运动是我国的传统体育项目，在民间普及较广，全国很多高校都将太极拳设为体育课教学内容进行教学，取得了很好的教学效果。本文结合自己的教学经验，以沈阳师范大学体育学院太极拳教学为研究对象进行研究，运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法进行研究，指出了当前体育专业太极拳教学存在的问题，并提出了一些合理化建议，希望为体育院校太极拳运动的改革提供一些参考。

Taijiquan is a traditional Chinese sports event, favored by the mass, and many colleges and universities nationwide have set Taijiquan teaching as a physical education content, and achieved good teaching results. Combined with the writer's own teaching experience, with taijiquan teaching in School of Physical Education, Shenyang Normal University as the research objec-tive, using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert inter-view, and mathematical statistics, this paper points out the prob-lems existing in the current taijiquan teaching, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions, hoping to provide some references for taijiquan teaching in sports colleges.
